WHAT IS LOVE BARRE?

A full body, low impact workout combining ballet, pilates and yoga moves.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

You can do almost all of the workouts with no equipment, but it is recommended to have at least a small set of weights (2 lb or 3 lb) and a 9" pilates ball. There are some workouts that have other equipment but do what you can with what you have!
